Secure your booking
Happy with your quote? Confirm your booking with a 20% deposit. If your hire date is within 6 weeks, the full amount is taken at this stage.

Final payment
Six weeks before your hire date, the remaining balance is collected automatically. Nothing to chase, nothing to miss.

Security deposit hold
Two days before your hire, a £1,500 security deposit is authorised on your card. This is a pre-authorisation only — the money is never actually taken unless there is a claim.

Collection and handover
On the day, come to our depot in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. A member of our team will walk you through the motorhome in full, so you leave feeling confident with everything on board.

Return and deposit release
Return the motorhome at the agreed time and the £1,500 security hold is released. Simple as that.
